The breakfast was healthy and delicious, and the location was convenient for my purpose. The staff were amazing and they were very nice about refunding my second night when I needed to leave unexpectedly.

A mixup by my agent led me to a no-show on a 3 night reservation during peak demand period. The hotel just charged me the first night. I found that very reasonable.

I went to Chengdu for an event and what i like about this hotel its the location. walking distance to the event location but far away from the city center.
